Fashion Terrace Apartment Homes is owned and managed by MHA Properties. MHA is a privately owned group of companies specializing in property management and development, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our group has been active in real estate for over 60 years, with developments in San Diego, Phoenix, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Red Deer. In 1967, we pioneered condominium ownership in Canada by developing the first strata titled condominium property in the country: Brentwood Village in Edmonton, AB.
